By accessing or using Serafind, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
2. Description of service
Serafind is an AI-powered SEO platform that analyses Google Search Console data, identifies content opportunities, and helps you plan and publish search-optimised content. Features and availability may change over time.
3. User accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws. You may not use Serafind to violate intellectual property rights, distribute spam, or engage in deceptive practices.
4. Intellectual property
Serafind and its underlying software, designs, and branding are owned by Serafind. Content generated by the platform is provided for your use in accordance with your subscription. You retain ownership of content you publish through your own accounts and websites.
5. Payment and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at signup or upgrade. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Limitation of liability
Serafind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Search rankings and traffic outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Serafind operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use of Serafind after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
