Why it matters
Structured data wins clicks in Google and trust in AI answers
Schema markup does not change what your page says. It changes how confidently machines can read it. Google rewards that confidence with rich results that take more space and earn more clicks. AI assistants reward it by citing sources whose facts are unambiguous.
Rich results stand out
Star ratings, FAQ rows, prices and dates make your result bigger and more clickable than a plain blue link.
Same ranking, more traffic
Rich results raise click-through rate at the position you already hold, so you win traffic without climbing a single spot.
AI assistants cite clean sources
ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers prefer pages where the author, brand and facts are machine readable.
Knowledge panel for your brand
Organization schema with a logo and social profiles helps Google connect your brand across the web.
Freshness signals
Publish and modified dates in Article schema let Google show accurate dates, which searchers use to pick results.
One tag, every page type
Articles, FAQs, your brand, your app and your locations each have a schema type. This tool builds all five.

FAQ
Questions about schema markup
What is schema markup?
Schema markup is structured data you add to a page in JSON-LD format. It tells search engines exactly what the page contains: an article with an author and date, a business with an address, a product with a price. Google uses it to show rich results like star ratings, FAQ rows and knowledge panels.
Does schema markup help with rankings?
Schema is not a direct ranking factor, but rich results take more space in the search page and earn more clicks. More clicks at the same position means more traffic without ranking higher.
Why does structured data matter for AI search?
Assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers prefer sources they can parse with confidence. Clean structured data makes your brand, authorship and facts unambiguous, which makes your pages easier to quote and cite.
Where do I paste the script tag?
Anywhere in the page's HTML, usually inside the head section. In WordPress you can use a code snippets plugin or your theme's header settings. In most other CMSs there is a custom code or head injection field.
How do I test the markup after publishing?
Paste your page URL into Google's Rich Results Test. It shows which rich result types your page is eligible for and flags any errors. You can also paste existing markup into the validator on this page first.
Is this tool free?
Yes. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to a server or saved.
